Program Payment:

• The rebate for an eligible grower or farm entity will be calculated and paid based on Net (purchases minus returns) grower purchases of Brake Herbicide using retail supplied GPOS data.
• Brake Purchases shall be between October 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022, to qualify for this program.
• Rebate Payment will be made between December 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022.
• Rebate payment will be in the form of a single party check made payable to the GPOS verified program participant.
• Earnings for this program must reach $160.00.
